We also added MCT (medium chain triglyceride) to fill in the healthy fats that may be missing from your diet.
 We also added a whole fruit antioxidant blend to the formula, considering that many plant-based foods are rich in antioxidants! This helps reduce oxidative stress to support recovery by reducing muscle damage and fatigue.
